The Supply of Tokens at Initialization
Changing the initial supply will effect the amount of reserves required for initialization. Increasing initial supply will increase the requirement for initial reserves, and decreasing initial supply will decrease the required initial reserves.
Increasing the initial supply increases the required reserves.
Decreasing the initial supply decreases the required reserves.
